Three things shape how the salon runs, and they are worth saying plainly.
We ask before we start
Most complaints about a haircut trace back to a conversation that never happened. Our barbers will ask what you want, what you did not like last time, and how much length you are willing to lose, before the clippers come out. If you are not sure, say so and they will suggest something that suits your hair rather than the photo on the wall.
The room is kept clean, visibly
Clients mention it in reviews more than anything except the cuts themselves. Tools are cleaned between clients, the floor is swept between chairs, and the towels are fresh. None of that is remarkable, but a lot of places skip it.
Open late, because people work
We are open until midnight seven days a week. Plenty of our regulars come in after nine, once work and traffic are done with. Weekday afternoons are the quietest if you would rather not wait at all.
